Caitlin is the Head of Analysis & Planning at KCA, overseeing research and analytical work across a wide range of cases. She joined KCA as a Research/Information Analyst in October 2022 after studying History at the University of Warwick and completing an MA in History and Politics at University College London. Following her promotion to Senior Research/Information Analyst in June 2025, she became Head of Analysis & Planning in January 2026.

Caitlin conducts research and analysis across a variety of areas of work, types of claims, and employment sectors in the UK and internationally, with experience of profiling careers for those with niche occupations which require detailed analysis to assist the Court. She has contributed to the development of new analytical methodologies for assessing career progression and loss of earnings.

In particular, Caitlin leads on many of KCA’s highest-profile cases, including claims arising from the Horizon Post Office scandal, the Windrush scandal, the Lucy Letby case, the Grenfell Tower fire, and other high-profile miscarriage of justice litigation.
