Caitlin works as a Research/Information Analyst, dealing with research and analysis across a variety of areas of work, types of claims, and employment sectors in the UK and abroad. Since joining KCA, she has been particularly involved in medical negligence cases related to the Pandemrix vaccine and historic abuse claims (particularly for those related to the Scottish Abuse Inquiry), also contributing to research for the Infected Blood Inquiry. ​

She has also more recently been involved in profiling careers for the Postmasters and Postmistresses affected by the Horizon IT scandal. Caitlin also has experience of profiling careers for those with niche occupations which require detailed analysis to assist the Court.
