Melissa joined KCA as a Research and Information Officer in January 2026. She holds a BA in History from the University of Oxford.

Previously, Melissa worked as a qualitative social researcher, where she reported on topics such as children’s online safety, evaluations of support systems for asylum seekers, and the prevalence and effects of violence against women and girls on online spaces.
