KCA have been involved in a vast number of cases related to Armed Forces personnel for both Other Ranks and Officers.

Cases that KCA have been involved in include those in service at the time of their accident as well as those looking to pursue a career in the Armed Forces had it not been for the effects of an index event. This includes not only looking at annual salary but also at the range of additional benefits that a career in the Armed Forces can attract including Longer Separation Allowance, Operational Allowance, Enhanced Learning Credits, Subsidised Housing and the highly advantageous Defined Benefit pension to name just a few.

KCA has not solely been involved in Military cases for the UK Armed Forces, having been asked to prepare reports looking at the Military in Saudi Arabia as well as the Republic of Ireland. ​
