Andrew has practised as an employment expert since 1990, preparing more than 4,000 reports relating to issues in personal injury, employment tribunal, commercial, family, ECtHR, professional and clinical negligence cases. The majority of his work focuses on England, Wales and Scotland but he has prepared reports concerning earnings and employment in many European countries, North America, Australasia, South and East Asia and the Middle East. ​

His particular areas of vocational interest are financial and business services, offshore energy and medicine/healthcare. He is based in East Anglia but travels extensively across the UK to attend clients and Court.
